Please submit the following information to find your booking.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they meet all quarantine and health entry requirements, obtain all recommended inoculations, take all recommended medication, and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip. We encourage our customers to check with the airlines and authorities like CDC or state department for the most up to date travel requirements and restrictions.
Travel Visa Requirements
All customers are responsible for verifying travel documents (including transit visa/entry visa) for the country through which they are transiting and/or entering. Global Girlfriends Travel LLC will not be responsible if proper travel documents are not available and you are denied entry or transit into a country. Please check with your local or foreign consulate for visa requirements.
As part of the airline’s terms of carriage, they reserve the right to make schedule changes at anytime. Please be aware that your flight itinerary may change between now and the day of departure. We make every attempt to notify customers of any schedule change, however, as per our Terms and Conditions, it is the traveler's responsibility to check for updates to their itinerary at all times. We recommend you either call your airline or check your flight status online within 72 hours of departure.
We recommend arriving at the airport 3 hours prior to departure for international flights and 90 minutes to departure for domestic flights. For more updated check-in rules, please contact your airline or TSA directly.
Flight Changes & Cancellations effective July 1, 2020
All reservations are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. If you find you must cancel or change a reservation, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to assist you in the process. Any change, if allowed, is subject to a Global Girlfriends Travel LLC change processing fee in addition to airline penalties, fare difference and fees. All change and cancellation requests must be made by clicking here or by visiting Manage My Booking at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure. By submitting a request using this form, you are not confirming a change or cancellation. We will respond to all requests with a quote, which will need to be accepted in order to continue with the booking amendment. Customers desiring to make last minute changes (within 24-hours of scheduled departure) must contact the airline directly for assistance. For AFFIRM customers, you must provide a new credit card for payment of any change fees.
